Magdalena "Maggie" was an absolute pleasure to work with in our home purchase process. To start we were actually looking to sell our current home, but found out very quickly that in these economic times, the real estate market was unlike we had ever seen. Based on the market we were extremely confident that our home would sell quickly, however, we did not want to sell our home prior to buying a new home & wanted to use the equity from our sell to use towards the new home purchase. This posed a problem that was solved without hesitation by Maggie. She proposed a solution that provided the ability to purchase a new home, move in, sell our previous home (vacant), then use the equity from our sale towards our new home purchase. BRILLIANT! Now we were on the hunt. Maggie didn't skip a beat. She picked us right back up and now knowing exactly what we were looking for, she found us the home of our dreams. Although it does not have a pool, we were able the get everything we wanted from an interior perspective and with the equity from the sale of our previous home able to install a pool.
